Sarah Neuman Offers:

Short-Stay Rehabilitation:

Six-day post-operative rehabilitation for those recovering from major surgery – from cardiac care to recovery after hip or knee replacement to comprehensive and compassionate rehabilitation from cancer treatment and other conditions. The open, spacious environment and ample selection of private and divided double rooms support the healing process.

Skilled Nursing:

For seniors with chronic health conditions or Alzheimer’s who need the 24-hour skilled nursing care offered in a nursing home, Sarah Neuman provides a caring, multi-faceted program, providing elders with the best life possible and caregivers with peace of mind.

Adult Day Programs:

For those able to stay in their own homes but needing some additional support, Sarah Neuman’s Adult Day programs provide a full range of supervised healthcare, wellness support and social activities. Adult Day Programs combine nursing, nutritional and rehabilitave services with social programs to allow our registrants to remain home but get the community and treatment they need. Adult Day Programs are open seven days a week and in the evenings, so day program clients can be picked up and returned home daily by wheelchair-accessible vans.

Respite Care – A Break Makes the Caring Better:

Respite Care provides a much-needed break for those caring for seniors at home, while the elder benefits from the supportive services at Sarah Neuman. From a single day up to 42 days, respite care is available to private pay and Medicaid patients.
